Alcohol Ink and Resin Masterclass
Get creative and join me in my studio for a 2 day masterclass designed to learn the basics of alcohol inks and resin and create a piece inspired by the New Wave collection. This is a great workshop for beginners, or experienced makers looking to explore some new ideas!
The workshop begins with an introduction to both alcohol ink and resin, followed by a step by step guided process from prepping and priming, all the way to ink flow and pouring resin. I will also share all my tips and tricks that I've learned from experimenting with resin for over 6 years.
Day 1 : 3-4 hours
Learn the basics of alcohol inks and resin including tools, safety and best practices. Will work on a 10x10 inch wood panel starting with the alcohol ink process followed by liquid gold leaf detailing and finally a layer of resin waves.
Day 2: 1 hour
Learn how to get rid of resin drips and finish the piece. You will take home your artwork after this session.
