Terms & Conditions
1. Age Requirement
This workshop is for participants 18 years and older.
2. Reservations & Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable. Each workshop is planned with a specific number of participants in mind, so cancellations will not be reimbursed.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend by emailing me at studio@artsybym.com at least 24 hours before the event.
In the rare case that the workshop is canceled by me (due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations), you will be offered the option to reschedule for a future session.
3. Attendance & Timing
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME, as the workshop will begin promptly at 7:15pm. The experience is designed to be enjoyed as a group.
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit for future workshops.
4. Parking
RTA parking is available at Alserkal Avenue.
5. Safety & Materials
All materials, including gloves and aprons, will be provided. However, I recommend avoiding long sleeves and wearing clothes you don’t mind getting messy, as acrylic paint can stain.
This is a hands-on, interactive fluid art workshop, so expect to get a little messy!
6. Artwork Delivery
Due to the drying process, your artwork will not be ready to take home immediately.
Your painting will be delivered to your provided address within a week of the workshop.
If you are unavailable to receive the package, please arrange an alternative delivery option in advance.
7. Photography & Media Consent
There will be photography and video recording during the workshop.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify me before the event begins.
8. Event Perks
Each guest will enjoy a complimentary beverage (coffee, matcha, fresh juice) from a select menu provided by Wild & The Moon.
